Club memberships, without the paper forms

Members join, pay and renew on their phone, and member prices apply themselves on every session. No chasing renewals in January, no cash tin, no spreadsheet of who has paid.

For members

Everything on their phone. No app store, no passwords.

A new player joins from the club's link with their email and a one-time code, then fills in a short "About you" form: contact details, an emergency contact, the agreements, and optional health notes for first aiders.

  • Buy a membership on Stripe's secure page; member prices then apply on every session, automatically
  • Parents add the children they look after and buy their memberships too (clubs can switch this off)
  • Renews by itself each year with a Stripe receipt; turn it off, change card or see receipts in one tap
  • Their own details, kept up to date by the person they belong to

For admins and treasurers

Set the types once. The year end runs itself.

Each membership type has a yearly price and who it is for. Joining part-way through the year is priced the way you choose, everyone renews on 1 January, and a price change never touches people already on a type.

  • Cash or bank transfer? Record it in a few taps; it counts straight away
  • The renewal round on five tiles: Active, Card failing, Cancelling, Paid to club, Lapsed, with one-click copy emails
  • Failed cards keep member prices for 30 days while the bank retries; duplicate payments are refunded automatically
  • Treasurer's report for any period as a spreadsheet, and a preview-first import of your existing members

Looking after members' details

twoclear helps clubs look after member data and supports their data-protection duties. The club stays in charge of its members' information.

The right details, for the right people

The people running a session see emergency contacts and health notes for just that night's players, from the day before to the day after. Full records are for senior admins only, and an optional switch asks everyone who books, visitors included, for an emergency contact.

Logged, and erased on request

Every time a record is opened, edited, downloaded or erased, it is logged. The consent history can't be edited. Senior admins can erase a person's details when asked; their results and payment records stay so the accounts still add up.

The club's money, the club's account

Card payments go into the club's own Stripe account and straight to the club's bank. Card details never reach twoclear.

Questions clubs ask

Yes. Card payments go into the club's own Stripe account and straight on to the club's bank. twoclear never holds the money, and card details never reach twoclear.
Yes, at clubs that take juniors. A parent or guardian adds the children they look after from My details, keeps their details up to date, and buys each child's membership from the same Membership page. Clubs that don't take juniors switch this off and the app stops offering it.
An admin records it: who paid, the membership type, the date it runs to and the amount. The member gets member prices straight away, it appears in the treasurer's report, and the membership ends on its date by itself. The member can add a card later so it renews on its own.
The member sees a message and keeps member prices for 30 days while their bank tries again, and Stripe emails them. Admins see everyone whose card is failing on one tile, with one click to copy their emails for a reminder. If the bank still can't take it, the membership lapses, and if they join again later the old one is stopped for them so nobody pays twice.
Yes. Download the spreadsheet template, fill in one row per person, and upload it. You see exactly what will happen before anything is saved: who is new, who is updated and which memberships are recorded. Uploading the same file again updates people rather than adding them twice.
The people running a session see emergency contacts and health notes for just the players on that session, from the day before to the day after. Full member records are for senior admins only, and every time a record is opened, edited, downloaded or erased it is logged. Health notes are optional and only kept if the member ticks to agree.

Run next year's renewals without the chasing

Memberships are included on the Club + Membership plan. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.
