Members book and pay. You never touch cash.

Players book from their phone and pay by card — and the money lands in your club's own account. No app to install, no cash tin, no chasing.

  • Members book from their phone — no app store, no install
  • Club wallet: members top up by card and the money goes straight to your club's own Stripe account — you're never out of pocket
  • Capacity, waitlist, and automatic promotion when someone drops out — the promoted member and the host are both emailed
  • One session, two prices: members and non-members see the same session at their own price — no duplicate listings, and a newcomer sees the people already booked, not an empty list

Memberships, without the paper forms

Members join online, buy a membership on Stripe's secure page and renew by card each year on their own. Member prices apply themselves on every session.

  • Membership types with a yearly price and who each is for; joining part-way through the year priced per type
  • Cash or bank transfer recorded in a few taps, and it counts straight away
  • The renewal round on five tiles: Active, Card failing, Cancelling, Paid to club and Lapsed, with one-click "copy emails"
  • A treasurer's report for any period, downloadable as a spreadsheet
  • Emergency details for the people running the night, full records for senior admins only, and every look logged
